Well, I kind of invited mine, so I don't think that counts. Or, well, they indicated that they'd like to be invited, and I obliged, I guess.

I think we can cover on the blowing things up front. We're good at that. I'm all for people seeing their parents if they've got them, one way or the other.

They won't complain about the room, and don't ever, ever change your clothes for anyone because you worry they might not approve!

but y'know...a day or 2 for your parents, isn't HORRIBLE. I'm not offering to change my personaliy or anything drastic. and it's different when it is offered versus demanded.

My parents will not have a problem with how you dress, you are not me.

They don't have a problem with how I dress either, but they haven't seen the brown pants. ... Remind me to hide those.
