We are not dead.

Neither Doug, nor I, even after the little bit of mis-adventure in the airport.

It feels odd to speak French all the time, after so many months of speaking English. It feels odder still to not have roommates, even for a short time.

I think we are having a quiet day in today, instead of being tourists. I think I like playing tour guide, though it helps to not have to translate everything.

We are going to mail out postcards tommorow, but I do not think they will arrive until we are nearly home.
