... Busy. I am too busy.
Jun. 24th, 2005 09:38 amI should remember that even when classes end, that there is still -far- too much to do at times.
I am finally nearly done my art project from last year. The one that I never completed fully. Alison? Do you think Miles would stand to sit for a drawing? (Miles, if you are reading this, would you sit for a drawing?). I only have one card to finish!
I forgot how odd some American customs seemed to me when I first arrived here. Plus how very strange our own habits and jokes must seem to a new student. I am not sure that my explanation of sock wars really helped. (Yes, Mr. Marko, I made sure that Eliane's room had an extra fire extinquisher. It was on her check-in list.) Jamie, Kitty? I am leaving the explanation of the dragon to you. I think she thinks Lockheed is someone's baby brother.

Date: 2005-06-24 06:54 am (UTC)I am ever so glad sometimes that Doug's power is easy to understand. "My boyfriend speaks every language." is nice and simple and practical.

Date: 2005-06-24 07:01 am (UTC)And hey, my power isn't that hard to understand as long as you don't get into the whole ectoplasm thing. Hit me and I dupe. Easy.

And your power makes sense until someone thinks about it and how you control more than one you and memories and she already asked the Bad Question.

. . . Bad Question? Okay, there's only two questions I can think of that are the Bad Question, and one of them is really bad and the other is just eeew-inducing, so I'm kinda hoping it's the second one.
I felt her yesterday.
Date: 2005-06-24 07:15 am (UTC)May have to go introduce myself before someone else takes it upon theselves to do it for me.
Tell me, does the new girl take her tea straight or with sugar?

Date: 2005-06-24 07:22 am (UTC)The eeew question is the one about what I absolutely don't do with my dupes in the privacy of my own room. Didn't you ask about that once?

Date: 2005-06-24 07:26 am (UTC)I still say that you protest too much for you not to have tried that at least once.

Date: 2005-06-24 07:36 am (UTC)Is it one of those Moments where we need to call Medical and get the fire extinguishers, or one of those Moments that calls for soft lights and roses?
