If I were the kind of person to write bad poetry, I would write it about my shower. But, since I am not, I am just going to note that a near-unlimited supply of hot water is something I am truly grateful for. Again.

I think we're all very glad for the hot water, Angie. My bruises are reminding me that falling off a fire escape is a bad thing.

I was happily surprised. I did not have much of a headache or even -too- many bruises. I did lose an entire sketchpad, but that is trivial and replaceable.

Colorful, but not nearly as bad as they should be. The extra-protective leathers come through again. I'll have to remember to thank Scott when he comes home.

And it wasn't so much that Wanda and I fell off the fire escape as it disintegrated under us, I suppose. I think I wrenched my back a little, though. Does not make me happy.

Yeah, we were right in front of the building. I figured I'm a little less recognizable on TV than Dazzler, so I think we managed to keep most of the cameras on me. Did they get my good side?

I only seemed to make people mad at the triage center, but I think that had to do with my complete apathy towards their hatred. oh, and I existed.

It was better out with the riot cops. Most of them seemed extremely happy to have some backup with mutant powers.

Can't imagine what it must have been like having to deal with the wounded though. The medical staff didn't give you a fair go at all? That kinda sucks.

oh the med staff wasn't so bad, but we were busy so it wasn't like we got to be buddy-buddy.

I was refering to the wounded. they all either hated me or were trying to use me to prove a point to the person in the next cubicle. which makes preventing a riot and treating people more difficult.
