I don't know any French, or at least not much more beyond those really naughty lines in that song a couple of years ago, but the idea of cell phones or a portable panic button sounds very good.

With the high occurrence of attacks lately. It is imperative for a security network to protect everyone out of bounds of the school.

I shall think on various ways of implementing this.
