Okay, maybe not freeze to death, because I got a nice velvet shoulder-wrap, but... it has no sleeves, and a tie part in the front.

Date: 2003-12-25 05:53 am (UTC)lunging is when you step out almost as far as you can and then bend your back knee so it almost touches the ground. going down is easy, it's the up most people have problems with. I do at least 2 laps of these daily for fencing. you ahve to be careful though because you have to lunge with both legs regardless of which side of your body is dominante or you can mess up your muscles.
