Ah, that looks like King Dedede from the Kirby series, and the scarf wearing cream puff is probably Kirby. He's kinda greedy and selfish and loves food and showing up Kirby, but through the course of the game series has gone from fully antagonist to somewhat arch-frenemy?

That does makes sense for this card. I have googled, and Kirby eats things and takes on their properties and he is very cute. I also like him.
