I know those aren't enough of the right words and I do not know if there are enough right words.

If I can use the phone I will call my parents and have them get me or get me a ticket home to France.

I thought it was the right thing to do. I was worried and scared.

In the dark of night, without telling anyone, you contrived to remove a comatose woman from a medical facility against the expressed will of her next of kin, on the word of a man who believes that most of the staff at this school is insane. No, I can't see how that could possibly be construed as kidnapping.

What makes me feel even worse, Marie-Ange. Is that you trusted his word over ours. Even if Doctor Essex was right, you should've trusted us in having Betsy's best interest at heart.

Why? I barely know you. You don't care about me, and have never bothered to talk to me outside of class.

He was my teacher, and talked to me about what I care about.

You made fun of me for my idea about underwear models when I was a little bit joking, and yelled at me for defending Jamie.

Not only is that statement uncalled for, you're dodging the point. Even if you don't like Professor Munroe, you have no reason to distrust any of the other teachers at this school who have your best interests at heart.

In other words, your excuse is flimsy.

I had no reason to distrust Doctor Essex either. He has not done anything to harm me before this.

He earned my trust, I thought he was telling the truth.

But you trusted him more than you trusted the entire faculty of this school based on his opinion that none of the rest of the medically trained staff agreed with.

Not that you would know that because you didn't ask anyone for advice when he asked you to do something unethical and illegal.

Marie-Ange, I would like to request that you not make plans to leave until we know how this situation will be resolved. I'm afraid that since you were the only one to remain here, you bore much more than your share of the reaction. Everyone is overwrought, and it is far too soon to seek solutions.

I was wrong though, and I did do things that I know would get me in trouble.

I can't make plans to leave now anyway, because I can't make a international call on the phones without asking.
